My Current Job: I am responsible for procurement tasks, attendance management, inspection and acceptance of deliveries, document preparation, as well as handling phone calls and visitor reception.

Why I chose Gotos: I was drawn to GOTOS because its products are used in essential parts of our daily lives, and I found it meaningful to be involved in work that supports society and everyday living. When I attended a company tour and information session, I was impressed by how welcoming and positive the employees were, which made me feel that this was the place I wanted to work. That’s what led me to join the company.

Moments when I feel my growth, and future goals: As I became able to carry out my daily tasks more smoothly and complete entire processes on my own, I began to feel a real sense of achievement and personal growth. When I first joined the company, I wasn’t confident in using a computer, and it took me a long time to create and review data. Now, I can think through the steps myself and work much more efficiently. Since my role often involves coordinating between the factory and suppliers, I hope to continue improving my adaptability and communication skills so I can be someone who supports my team with attention to detail and care.

Workplace atmosphere: The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. When I have questions or need help, people create an environment where it’s easy to ask, and they always respond kindly and patiently, which I really appreciate. I also get the impression that many colleagues are friendly and approachable.

Message to Job seekers: During my own job search, I also felt anxious and overwhelmed at times. But now, thanks to the support of warm and encouraging supervisors and senior colleagues, I’m able to learn every day and find real fulfillment in my work. I look forward to welcoming you to Gotos.
