Joined the company 2023 Headquarters Manufacturing Department Mr.Sakamoto

My Current Job: At our headquarters factory, I'm responsible for metal stamping processes for automotive parts. My main duties include production operations using stamping machines, as well as mold maintenance and adjustments. I focus on product quality and work daily to achieve monthly production targets.

Why I chose Gotos: I initially worked in the manufacturing department as a temporary employee. Through my daily work, I was exposed to the meticulous manufacturing approach and commitment to quality of the permanent staff, and I began to feel a sense of fulfillment in being able to contribute as part of that team. Just when I was thinking 'I want to work at this company for a long time,' I was offered permanent employment, and I decided to join without hesitation.

Moments when I feel my growth, and future goals: In stamping operations and mold maintenance, I initially relied heavily on my seniors, but now I can handle troubles calmly and feel that I've increased my ability to make decisions and act independently. The products I'm currently responsible for haven't yet achieved a fully stable production system, but going forward, I want to work with team members to establish mold adjustment methods and achieve stable production in terms of both quality and efficiency.

Workplace atmosphere: The manufacturing department has senior colleagues and veteran employees with solid technical skills, and I learn a great deal through daily work. Even when I don't understand something or face difficulties, everyone is willing to help and teach me carefully when I approach them for advice, creating a very reassuring work environment. I feel this is an extremely blessed workplace for anyone who wants to improve their technical skills.
